Our process begins with a Discovery Phase where we work closely with you to understand what data is available and where it’s located. We’ll take the time to explore the data sources, from CRMs and ERP systems to Google Analytics, ecommerce platforms, and more. Once we have a full picture of the data you have and where it is, we’ll work with you to identify the metrics and KPIs that matter most to your business, determining which dashboards and reports will deliver the most value.

Next comes the Technical Setup phase. Here we build a customised reporting workspace (Power BI) where we consolidate data from all relevant sources to provide a clear view of your key KPIs. Where necessary, we also take care to anonymise sensitive data, ensuring compliance and privacy while maintaining valuable insights. Our goal is to make the data both accessible and actionable, allowing you to monitor performance, set meaningful benchmarks, and stay informed with accurate insights.

We established triggers that notify key individuals when specific targets are reached or when performance falls below expected levels. These alerts may flag trends such as an increase or reduction in organic traffic, number of orders, number of contact form submissions or a spike in international traffic. You could even have an alert to notify you when you have passed a monthly/weekly target. These alerts are customised to each client and dashboard.
