Companies House have confirmed to us that the law only applies to registered companies and there is no legal requirement for information to be published by non registered companies.

However, being open about who you are increases credibility and builds up trust with your customers. We advise that all websites offer a postal address (not a PO Box) as a bare minimum.

Further information can be found on the Companies House website.

Contact us if you require any further information or require an amendment to your website.
