Account Info
The account info section offers general information about your account and an opportunity to change your password.
Server info
The server info section can be accessed by selecting Account Info on the top level navigation system and Server Info on the section sub menu.
The page displays:
- Account User Name
- Account Type (Server platform)
- Primary Domain Name (Your website address)
- FTP Server (URL for accessing your site files)*
- POP3 Mail Server (Connect a mail client to receive incoming mail)
- SMTP Mail Server (Connect a mail client to send outgoing mail)
- Control Panel (Control panel URL)
* It is advised that only subscribers with sufficient server knowledge access web site files. Miss use of your site files following a user accessing the control panel with your username and password may result in a charge to your company.
Change password
The option to change an account password can be accessed by selecting Account Info on the top level navigation system and Change Pass on the section sub menu.
This page allows you to change your main account password; this is the password you use to login to the control panel.
To change your account password, enter the new password in both boxes on the screen and click Change Password.
Please note that passwords must be between 5 and 20 characters and may contain letters and numbers only.
